Professional Waxing

• Relax – Avoid any unnecessary stress. Any pain associated with waxing is usually from the tension that builds from anticipation.
• You should have at least 2-3 weeks of hair growth or 1/4-inch hair before your wax.
• For a bikini wax, you can wear your normal panties or your highest cut bathing suit.
• Never shave or tweeze between your waxing appointments.
• No waxing anywhere for those on blood thinners.
• Do let us know of any skin conditions or allergies.
• Do disclose use of any prescription medications.
• Make sure to lightly exfoliate a day or two before your wax and moisturize.
• For intimate waxing – if scheduling prevents you from showering before you come in, you should freshen up before.
• Avoid sun – we are unable to wax you if you come in with a sunburn.
• Do schedule your next appointment within 4 weeks.
• Prevent ingrown hairs and plan to purchase your aftercare kit.

• Avoid any type of heat, gym, sports, friction, sun, saunas, steam rooms, and tanning booths for at least 24 hours after waxing.
• Avoid wearing any tight-fitting clothing immediately after a bikini wax, especially in the summer months.
• Exfoliate after day 3 of your wax; start using your kit to keep the skin in good condition.
• Consistency is KEY! Maintain a regular 4-week waxing schedule.

For women experiencing ingrown hairs, we suggest an in-grown treatment two weeks following a Brazilian wax.

• Full Leg wax is mid-thigh to the ankle.

• Extended Bikini is the bikini line area, top and 2 inches from bikini line.
• Brazilian waxing is everything from front to back.
• Women’s Buttocks is the lower waistline to the crease where your bum meets your thigh.
