Refund and Purchasing Policy

TREATMENT REFUNDS

Pure Skin Makeup & Skincare Studio is committed to serving you in the best way that we can. Please note, we do not refund services. We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Esthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is nearly impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. Nonetheless, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT REFUNDS

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 10 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products.

GIFT CARD REFUNDS

Gift cards have no cash value and expire one year after purchase. Gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards can be used one at a time per appointment and can’t be combined with another gift card/certificate. Gift cards can be used for services only. Pure Skin Makeup & Skincare Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards/certificates.

Scheduling a Gift Card Appointment

  • Scheduling is done via the online booking system only.
  • A credit card is required to reserve the appointment – no funds are removed, this is done strictly to reserve the appointment and enforce the no-show, cancellation policy.
  • Gift card appointments are held to the same exact standards of all appointments under the cancellation policy.
  • Late cancels/reschedules – the booking fee for late cancels/reschedules without required notice shall result in a fee of 50% of scheduled service which is deducted from the gift card balance.
  • No-shows, no calls – shall result in a booking fee of 100% of the scheduled service which is deducted from the gift card balance.
  • Opt for any suitable appointment when booking then notify us through the provided area that you are redeeming a gift card.

All cancellation and business policies apply to Gift Card holders.

Returns

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product.  If you need to return your product, please review the information below.
• Returns must be made within 10 days of your receipt date/purchase for a refund.
• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
• We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
• Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for lost packages.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted. Only items purchased on www.pureskinpro.com may be accepted for a return.

Please Note:

  • Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, but certain ingredients may cause irritation to very sensitive skin. If you’re having trouble deciding what products might work best for your skin contact us for a recommendation. We’re happy to help!

Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused.  If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
  • We accept exchanges on items purchased on www.pureskinpro.com only up to 10 days after the original purchase.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt.  On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, we may reach out to you for further information.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Damaged Product Policy
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact us at info@pureskinpro.com within 10 days for a replacement.  Items will not be replaced after 10 days.

Shipping

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Choose whichever courier you prefer – just remember to pack properly to ensure your return arrives undamaged!

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
