Cancellations and Reschedules

All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card. For certain appointments, particularly makeup services or longer sessions, a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment may be required. Please carefully read all service descriptions to understand whether prepayment is required. If payment is not made during booking, you will receive an email requesting payment within 24 hours. Failure to pay within this time frame will result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Please carefully review and confirm all details on each screen before completing your booking.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests, including product pick-up appointments. For Saturday appointments, a 72-hour notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in fees as outlined below.

We understand that life happens, but frequent rescheduling impacts our ability to serve others effectively. If a client reschedules more than three times, we reserve the right to require full prepayment for all future appointments. Please note that if you fail to attend a pre-paid appointment, the prepayment will be forfeited.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may prevent us from filling the slot with another client, and it affects our ability to serve others efficiently.

Reminders:

Our online booking system sends out reminders via text (if opted in) and email 72 hours in advance, providing you with links to update or modify your appointment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment time and date.

If you do not cancel or reschedule within the required time, the following fees will apply:

  • Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours prior to the appointment will not incur any charges. You must cancel or reschedule through the online booking system. Text messages or emails will not be accepted as valid methods of cancellation.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a full charge for the service booked.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

These policies also apply to pre-paid services.

Failure to comply with our cancellation policy may result in a refusal of future bookings.

No-Show Policy

A no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount.

For clients who have prepaid for services or treatments, missing an appointment will result in the payment being forfeited. If a no-show occurs for a package or series of treatments, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the package balance.

No-show appointments may lead to the requirement of a deposit or full prepayment for any future bookings.

Medical emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Your appointment is confirmed at the time of booking, and you are required to cancel or reschedule through the online system at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid charges.

Late Arrivals

Pure Skin Makeup & Skincare Studio operates by appointment only. Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you arrive early (10-15 minutes), please follow our curbside check-in procedure. You will be notified when it’s time to enter.

For late arrivals, treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and pricing will not be adjusted to reflect the reduced service time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and any applicable fees will apply. If you fail to notify us of your late arrival and do not show up, it will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.
