Appointments and Scheduling
All appointments at Pure Skin Makeup & Skincare Studio are by appointment only. Please schedule your appointment online through our booking system. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to email us. We respond to emails more promptly than phone calls, as we are often in treatments throughout the day.
For new facial clients, we recommend starting with our New Client Facial Menu. This special menu is designed to give us enough time to understand your skin concerns, learn about your skincare goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan for future visits.
If you’re interested in exploring other services, such as waxing, you're welcome to book those separately. However, all new facial clients are encouraged to begin with our New Client Facial Menu.
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made under 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, while cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. After three missed or rescheduled appointments, full payment for any services will be required in advance.
Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to cancel or reschedule appointments through our online booking system. We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling requests via text message.
Reservations may be rescheduled online at your convenience up to 48 hours prior to the reservation time.
Some appointments require full pre-payment, while others require a deposit, depending on the service. Please read the service descriptions and terms carefully for specific details. If a deposit is required, it will be applied to the total cost of your service. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
We suggest booking your appointment as early as possible, particularly for evening or weekend slots, as these are limited and typically booked 4-6 weeks in advance. To secure your desired time, consider rebooking your next appointment before you leave the studio. If your schedule allows, you may also want to consider booking a daytime appointment for greater availability.
Preparation steps can vary depending on the specific treatment, but here are some general guidelines:
- Cleanse Your Skin: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
- Avoid Strong Exfoliants: Avoid using exfoliants or retinoids at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to ensure your skin is well-hydrated.
- Be Ready for Consultation: Be prepared to discuss your skin concerns, skincare goals, and any products you currently use.
For the comfort and focus of all clients, we do not allow children or additional guests in the studio, except for a parent or guardian accompanying a teen client.
If this policy is not followed, your appointment may be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need to return your product, please review the following information. Returns must be made within 7 days of your receipt date/purchase for a refund.
