Esthetics is a highly personalized service, and each client's response to treatments may vary. Payments are made for the time, expertise, and performance of the service, not for a guaranteed outcome. Rest assured, we are committed to achieving the best possible results for every client.

Product Refunds and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
All product purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective products.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily provide an exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Eligibility for Exchange

Non-Returnable Items

Products Returned Due to Skin Irritation
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products due to skin irritation. Skincare results can vary based on individual factors, including skin type, sensitivities, and usage.
If you are unsure which products are best for your skin, we recommend using our skin quiz or contacting us for a personalized recommendation prior to purchase. While we stand by the quality of our products, we are not responsible for reactions or outcomes that may occur.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and expire five years from the purchase date. They may be used for services, products, or both, depending on the terms of the gift card.

Redemption: Gift cards must be presented at checkout to be applied toward the purchase.

Limitations: Only one gift card may be used per service or transaction.
- Booking Policy: Appointments cannot be scheduled directly with a gift card. A valid credit card must be provided on file to hold any appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file, and any remaining balance for the service may be paid using the gift card at checkout.

No Refunds for Image Discrepancies: Refunds will not be issued for honest mistakes, such as a mismatch between the product image and the actual product received, provided the item and size correspond to the name and price of the product listed in the order confirmation. Customers can verify the product's size and pricing through authorized retailers to confirm its value.
