Gift Card Policy

Purchasing Gift Cards

  • Availability: Gift cards are available online through our website. In-person purchases are possible by prior appointment, but please note they may take 3-5 days to process.
    • For Skincare Products: Buy Here
      Gift cards purchased through our Shopify platform can be redeemed for skincare products in our online store and packages, including those eligible for Shop Pay installments. Please note these gift cards are for online use only.
    • For Skincare Services and Makeup Services: Buy Here.
      Gift cards for skincare and makeup services are managed through Fresha and can also be redeemed for products. However, product redemption is available in person at the time of your scheduled appointment.

  • Third-Party Providers:
    • Shopify: Product and package gift cards are managed through Shopify for online purchases and redemptions. By purchasing these gift cards, you agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service and privacy policies..
    • Fresha: Service gift cards are managed through Fresha for scheduling and issuance. By purchasing or redeeming these gift cards, you agree to Fresha's policies.

 

Denominations:
Gift cards are available in denominations of $75, $100, $150, and $200. Custom amounts may also be selected during purchase.

Delivery:
Gift cards purchased online are delivered electronically via email. For a physical gift card, please contact us by email and follow up with a phone call to arrange pickup.

Redemption

  • Fresha Gift Cards (Services Only): Redeemable for facials, waxing, makeup services, and other treatments. These gift cards cannot be used to purchase retail products.
  • Shopify Gift Cards (Products Only): Redeemable exclusively for products via our online store and cannot be applied to services. 
  • One Gift Card Per Appointment: Only one gift card may be used per appointment.
  • Multiple Uses: Gift cards may be used multiple times until their balance is fully spent. 

Terms and Conditions

  • Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

  • Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and carry no maintenance fees. However, prompt use is encouraged.

  • Lost or Stolen Cards: Pure Skin Makeup and Skincare Studio, Shopify, and Acuity are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Treat gift cards like cash.

  • Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cancellation Policy: For service gift cards, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in fees being deducted from the gift card balance.


Balance and Usage

  • Balance Inquiry: To check your product gift card balance, visit Shopify’s platform or contact us directly. Service gift card balances can be managed through Fresha.

  • Promotions and Discounts: Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards or for promotional discounts. They can, however, be combined with other payment methods if the purchase amount exceeds the card balance.

  • Limitations:

    • Only one gift card can be used per appointment or purchase.

    • Gift cards cannot be applied to memberships, subscription programs, or recurring payments.

    • If the gift card balance is insufficient, additional payment will be required to cover the remaining amount.

Fraud and Abuse

  • Suspicious Activity: Pure Skin Makeup and Skincare Studio, Shopify, and Fresha reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any gift card suspected of fraud or abuse. We may request alternative payment methods if fraudulent activity is detected.
