We offer two delivery methods: shipping within the United States and local pickup at our salon.

Local Pickup

Customers choosing local pickup should be aware of the following:

  • Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Pickup Availability: Local pickup is available on weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) during business hours, excluding holidays.

  • Scheduling Pickups: We recommend scheduling a pickup time by contacting us or using our online scheduling system to ensure someone is available (not with a client) to assist you.

  • Alternate Pickup Times: In some cases, we can accommodate earlier or later pickups with prior notice. Please contact us if you need a different pickup time.

  • Notification: Once your order is ready, we will notify you by text and/or email. If you wish to pick up your order before receiving a notification, please contact us in advance.

  • No Fees: There is no fee for local pickup.

Shipping

  • Order Processing: All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing and shipping may take up to 7 business days. Please note that processing and shipping are done on regular business days (Monday to Friday), excluding major holidays.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of placement. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the end of business on Tuesday.

  • Domestic Delivery Time: Orders shipped within the U.S. can be expected within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pure Skin Pro is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, such as shortages of materials, labor strikes, transportation issues, or natural disasters.

  • International Shipping: We do not ship packages internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Carriers and Requirements

  • USPS Deliveries: USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement for lost packages shipped via USPS.

  • DOT-Restricted Items: Items that are pressurized or flammable must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations. These items cannot be shipped via Expedited Shipping or Overnight services.

  • Freight Forwarders: Pure Skin Pro does not ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipping to a freight forwarder.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Refused Packages: A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. This fee will be charged to the payment method used during checkout and deducted from any refund or store credit.

  • Holiday Delays: Please note that there may be delays on U.S. federal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Shipping Address Errors

  • Incorrect Address: If you have entered an incorrect shipping address during checkout and it has been less than 2 hours since placing your order, please contact us immediately to see if we can manually update the address.

  • Rerouting Packages: If we cannot update the address, you can attempt to reroute your package through the carrier's tracking page, usually available 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that rerouting options vary by carrier and are available online only, not by calling the shipping company directly.

  • Tracking Orders: For orders with an incorrect address, we recommend checking your tracking information daily using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
