Gift Card FAQs & Steps for Redeeming, Checking Balance, and Using Gift Cards
How to Redeem a Gift Card
For Services (Acuity):
- Visit our Acuity Scheduling page.
- Select your desired service (facials, waxing, makeup, etc.).
- During checkout, enter your gift card code in the designated "Gift Certificate" field.
- Only one gift card can be applied per appointment. Any remaining balance on your card can be used for future services.
For Products (Shopify):
- Go to our Pure Skin Shopify store.
- Add your desired products to the cart.
- During checkout, input the gift card code in the "Gift card" field.
- Complete the checkout process. If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you'll be prompted to provide an additional payment method.
How to Check Your Gift Card Balance
For Service Gift Cards (Acuity):
- Log in to your Acuity account.
- Visit the "Gift Certificates" section to check the remaining balance.
- Alternatively, contact us via email or phone to inquire about your gift card balance.
For Product Gift Cards (Shopify):
- Visit our Shopify Store.
- Log into your account, and under the "Gift Cards" section, check your remaining balance.
- You can also contact us directly, and we'll provide the current balance.
How to Use Your Gift Card
For Acuity (Services):
- Enter your gift card code during checkout after selecting a service on our Acuity Scheduling platform.
- If your gift card balance is insufficient, you can pay the remaining amount using an alternative payment method.
For Shopify (Products):
- Apply the gift card code at checkout on our Shopify store when purchasing skincare or makeup products.
- If the balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the difference using another payment method.
